Qingyuan NaGe's success story with DecoKlad
Qingyuan NaGe Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is part of the Jin Zhong group and one of the founding members of the DecoKlad program. Providing high levels of customer service, Qingyuan NaGe offers automotive components, mainly focusing on automotive exterior parts, to OEMs, including Ford, Toyota, Honda, FAW, HAVAL.
Benefits of the cooperation
Qingyuan NaGe began to cooperate with MacDermid Enthone* some 10 years ago; and has used their chemical processes since to ensure consistent product quality and service. The introduction of the DecoKlad system also helped to improve and grow product output and quality at the same time.
For example, output has increased year-on-year in the DecoKlad certified lines, with a corresponding rise in yield, reaching 97.25%. Additionally, DecoKlad ensures global consistency and performance of NaGe’s products globally, including North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
Consistent performance through regular audits
Another advantage of the DecoKlad system is the transparency of the production process. MacDermid Enthone carries out audits and performance tests on a quarterly basis to ensure all agreed process parameters are met and consistently applied. Due to the close collaboration and set quality performance standards between MacDermid Enthone and its approved DecoKlad applicators, OEMs can be confident to receive consistent, high quality performance in the components built in their vehicles.
