Element Solutions Inc (“Element Solutions”), acquisition of Coventya Holding SAS (“Coventya”)
Waterbury, CT – September 1, 2021 – Element Solutions Inc (“Element Solutions”), a global and diversified specialty chemicals company, announced today that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of Coventya Holding SAS (“Coventya”), a global provider of specialty chemicals for the surface finishing industry. Coventya will join the MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions business within ESI’s Industrial & Specialty segment.
